USC deeply regrets to announce the sudden passing of Mrs. Jennifer Prince-Merrique, Lecturer in the School of Business.
On the passing of Sir Derek Walcott, St. Lucian poet and playwright who won the Nobel prize for literature in 1992, Ms. Nicole Bengochea, Instructor in the Department of Language and Communication remind us of the great influence of poets like Walcott.
The University of the Southern Caribbean’s (USC) Debate Team defeated the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine (UWI) in a one-round debate competition on Tuesday March 21, 2017 at the UWI campus.

Dr. Wolf engaged attendees in a discourse entitled, Meaningfulness: A Third Dimension of the Good Life.
Susan Wolf, the Edna J. Koury Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill will give the feature address on October 17, 2016 at the 14th Annual George Simmons Lecture Series to be held at the Trinidad Hilton. The topic of this year’s event is: Meaningfulness: A third dimension of the good life”
