Meet HARDI

Hardi, an Emerald Hummingbird, is the official mascot of the University of the Southern Caribbean (USC). Resident to the beautiful Maracas Valley, he spends much of his time immersed in the holistic experience of USC life.

Hardi’s unique and distinct personality bears much in common with that of USC’s school spirit. Despite his diminutive stature, Hardi’s immense willpower drives him to approach every undertaking with fierce determination – always striving to surpass ordinary standards and exceed expectations.

Be it academic, cultural, or athletic, his spirited nature, sharp thinking, and swift action are unmistakable traits which drive his pursuit of excellence and offer great inspiration to the ambitious USC community.
